The air conditioner was noisy and positioned to blast directly at the bed, making sleep challenging. Bright LED lights from appliances could be distracting at night, and some basic toiletries were missing. The trash bin in the room wasn’t emptied prior to arrival, which was a letdown.

i was so unimpressed with my stay at el sancho. no elevator was such an inconvenience, and i' m sure my knees could have used a break. the room was lacking basic toiletries like lotion, and woudl ve been nice to have housekeeping without the "don't disturb" sign. i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

I had a pleasant night at El Sancho Hotel. The room felt fresh and modern, perfect for unwinding after a long drive. Conveniently, they accommodated my request to store frozen lechon in their freezer. It’s those personal touches that really made me feel welcomed. The breakfast was nicely plated and ready on time when requested early. On the downside, the noise from the air conditioner was a bit disruptive since it faced the bed. Additionally, the bright LED lights from some appliances were distracting during the night. Also, the trash bin in my room was not emptied prior to my arrival, which was a slight letdown. Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s cozy atmosphere and the staff's helpfulness.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing

us with a crib for our baby and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room was spacious and modern, with excellent quality linens. The only drawback was the absence of an elevator, which made access a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

Warm hospitality and modern conveniences

El Sancho Hotel offers a peaceful stay with a well-maintained environment. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even helping me store frozen food. Cleanliness was impressive, too, ensuring a comfortable retreat.

However, the absence of elevators made navigating the hotel a bit cumbersome, especially with baggage. Also, while the air conditioning kept the room cool, it was somewhat noisy at times, disrupting sleep.

The amazing staff really made our stay unforgettable! They were super attentive and even provided a crib for my baby. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom tiles were a bit slippery. 😊

Comfortable stay in the well-designed rooms.

I faced several issues during my stay. First, there seemed to be a communication breakdown regarding room amenities. The lack of a refrigerator in one of the rooms was a significant inconvenience, which the staff should have addressed better. Moreover, the overall cleanliness could be improved, particularly with trash bins not being emptied before check-in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at El Sancho Hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff's attentiveness made me feel welcomed. The breakfast options were plentiful, adding a delightful start to my day.

I appreciated how friendly the staff were and how easy it was to walk to nearby attractions. The bed was fantastic, and I took advantage of in-room breakfast, which was a nice touch.

It would have been helpful if there were more seating options in the common areas for guests to relax.
